This 40-acre highly productive parcel will be opening up for bids via phone call starting January 26, 2026. Bidding to close on or before January 30, 2026. Bids will be taken on a price per acre basis. The successful winning buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement immediately following the sale. A 10% non-refundable earnest deposit will be due at that time, payable to Listing Broker's Trust Account or Escrow Company of Buyer's choice via personal/business check or wire transfer. The remaining balance is due at closing, to be closed within 30 days of the auction's end or on a date mutually agreed upon by both parties. The purchase agreement is not contingent on financing Seller will not be providing a survey. Buyers have the option to obtain a survey at their own cost; however, sale price is determined on a per acre basis per county assessor acres.
